Playing Field update
Work on the new play area is scheduled to start on Monday 8 July. The installation of the new facilities will take some 8 weeks. This will result in some areas being fenced off and car parking being more limited. Please take care where you park so that others are not blocked in. Also for events and matches on the playing field cars should, where possible, be brought carefully on to the field during this period.
With the development of the play area the Parish Council, in conjunction with the Playing Field Working Group (PFWG), is looking into access from Green Lane and improved parking. Plans are being developed to provide much more parking in this area. It is intended to take these forward after the play area is completed.
